Francesca Mascali was my great Grandmother. I knew that one day I would open a restaurant honoring family traditions and heritage. With 47 years of experience cooking in the finest restaurants on Long Island and Vermont, I am excited to be able to present my vision and share my passion with you!
Chef Bancheri’s life has always been the culinary arts. At age 13, Bancheri started his career working summers at some of the finest restaurants on eastern Long Island's South Fork, The Hamptons. Bancheri would become the youngest of his age from miles around that could shuck clams faster than a speeding bullet. As chef Bancheri puts it, “ this is all I know. I’ve learned from some of the most skilled and passionate Chefs’, who’ve commanded some of the most successful restaurants on the island ”. Chef Bancheri has worked in restaurants throughout the Northeast, including the Hamptons; Melville; Glen Cove; and Stowe, VT.

We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant. That's why we source our fresh ingredients from local farmers' markets.
